Smooth scroll form for Post Ticket page

This would provide good ways to implement more convenient UI for account creation and post-ticket pages
These are too long vertically esp. on mobile
Add 'Done' buttons to UI, run validation on input and if it checks out smooth-scroll with the next step of the process on top
This will enable the user to naturally scroll back to a previous input if he wants to change anything in one page
On mobile this behavior should be adjusted because the visible area is very different
