Historical Data #1136

I like to go back and play old games sometimes. For some of those games, it's been so long that I don't remember when certain Pokemon evolve or what moves they learn.

It appears that historical data is not kept. So, for example, in Gen 3 (Emerald) Ralts doesn't learn Disarming Voice, yet there's no way to filter moves (or evolution chains for that matter) based on game version.

Are there any plans to incorporate that into the v3 update (since it will be breaking change anyway due to the major version increment)?
