Context

While /data-requests and /agencies have their variable column permissions tables viewable on api auto-documentation, /data-sources does not yet have this. We should fix that!

Requirements

Add the variable column permissions tables to the /data-sources API documentation for both GET methods, as well as PUT and POST

Tests

All tests should continue to run without error.

Docs

/data-sources API documentation will be updated

None at this time.
