Change slug on tax adjustments post #2214

Currently https://policyengine.org/us/research/fed_tax_inflation_adjustments

Three issues:

Uses underscores instead of dashes
Abbreviates
Doesn't include year (this will be an annual theme)

Instead let's do https://policyengine.org/us/research/federal-tax-inflation-adjustments-2025

(BTW I would have suggested this initially, and Claude also suggested it when I pasted the content in and asked it to suggest a slug)
