fix patcher compat, remove block commands #87

PitLagReducer wasn't able to hide nametags when Patcher was installed. This was fixed by increasing our event priority.

The block commands are now built into Hypixel and as it is currently can not be used when Hytils is installed. These commands have been removed as they are now (almost) built-in commands.
