polymer build disabled babel minifying #3401

With the latest release of polymer-cli 1.9.8 it uses latest polymer-build version which has disabled babel minifying. I see the reasons state errors pertaining to babel-preset-minify plugin against Polymer 3.2.0 code.

Are there plans to turn this back on? Polymer documentation states this feature is available - https://polymer-library.polymer-project.org/3.0/docs/tools/polymer-json#inherit , but this is not the case.

This took me a long time to find. Since I am not using the latest polymer version, it was not much of a problem. But I think this is a more harmful than good change.
