While we don't want to come off as trying too hard, it might be cute if every tutorial had a cute/silly image towards the end of the tutorial as kind of a reward to the player for finishing it.
We should add a "Tutorial Mode" to the practice mode for the HTML5 pre-alpha. It would give people a way to learn the advanced techniques and go for high scores. While it's unreasonable to expect all eleven tutorials to be complete, we can aim for simplified versions of the essential tutorials:
When one playtester went through the current tutorial, there were two topics where they pointed out, "Well, that was never explained to me." These are the two topics. Hopefully having these two tutorials helps players feel like they weren't kept in the dark.
I've split some tutorials into issue #665 and #666.
For more input-heavy tutorials, consider demonstrating the movement while showing a queue of inputs next to the piece. That way the player doesn't have to look two places at once.

There are some advanced techniques players might not learn if we do not tell them. We should come up with tutorials for these techniques. We can reveal these as the game progresses; we do not need to frontload all of this content, it is too much.
'Under pressure' -- 20G techniques; instant DAS, corner squish, anti-topoutIn addition to these tutorials, we should be building scenarios which reward these techniques so players can figure them out for themselves.
