much better and more intuitive config GUI
client/server config auto-negotiation
- TODO: test real multiplayer support
re-designed client and server contexts to support dynamic switching of render modes and config
- neat side effects of the redesign:
- the server now controls very nearly everything
- most non-OpenGL things are now moved off the client thread
