Assuming we have a list of matched metabolites, merge 2 models via a common compartment

Update after meeting 27.06.2024: Merging will only include the creation of a "namespace translation" compartment, whose reactions will convert a metabolite to the chosen namespace. Differential protonation will be ignored. The "translated model"'s interaction with other translated models can then be analyzed through any external tool such as MicrobiomeGS or BacArena
