In the documentation and comments section, there is nothing about including a link to further documentation or the download location.
In my experience it would be a best practice and it's really helpful to have a link to the blogpost, github location or wherever the main repository for the script is being held. That way it is easy to go back to the source when you've downloaded a script some time ago in the past and need to refer back to the original location.
