[Discussion] PowerShell classes to add rules

Would it seem like a good idea to have the ability to add PSScriptAnalyzer rules using PowerShell classes.

Since many organizations are already incorporating script analyzer in their release pipelines, granting the ability to the Infrastructure developers to add these rules using PowerShell classes would make it easier in the longer run.
