Steps to reproduce
I have attempted to contact owners on two separate modules (DataGateway and Microsoft.Identity.Client) with the 'send me a copy' option checked. I haven't received a copy of my message, and haven't had a response from either owner, so I can't be sure the message is being sent to them either.
steps:
Log in with microsoft account
Navigate to module page
Click 'contact owner' on left hand menu
Write message, ensure 'send me a copy' is checked, then click send
Redirected to page saying 'your message has been sent to the owners of [module name]'
Wait for message to arrive (waited over an hour)
Expected behavior
Copy of message to owners is sent to email address of logged in account
Actual behavior
No message is received in inbox or junk folder for logged in account
