Add ability to lock the prefered input mode

I realized after many times accidentally hitting the input mode change button, 
that it'd be nice to 'lock' the input mode via a long press, to avoid 
accidental taps.

I've created a patch that implements it, if you are interested in including 
this in future updates.

Note that you can already perform a sort of input lock by unticking the input 
methods that you don't want to use in the Settings.
