Dynamic Application Form #2

The internship application form is submitted upon refresh.

We need to submit data using ajax.

Post submission of data. We will show the user a confirmation notification.

For this task, it would help you substantially if you read up on what plugins are and how to use/create/modify them in wordpress.

Aishwarya should focus on eTherapyDocs. I just heard this from SKY :-)
