These changes look fine to me. I found and removed one little reference to the daily deck in the python code.

I added some of the changes we talked about last week. I started to add them so we would not have to change the frontend, but I was sacrificing future use of the cards API for things that are not prayer decks, so I added two options:

• exclude_category__genre
• include_end_utility_cards

Now we can get all categories except the utility cards and we can optionally add the two at the end of the deck.

I attempted to add this to the frontend, too, but i't would be great to have a React guy look at those changes.
