Cropped the PreFigure PNG and added surrounding text in sample article #2290

The PNG version of the tactile diagram has been cropped. Some additional text in the sample article gives more detail about this image and the PDFs typically produced for PreFigure tactile diagrams. A brief introduction to exploring annotations is also included.

Thanks! Merged, and rebuilding website samples now.

This PR has two commits, one being leftover from the previous PR, which had been edited in the course of merging the previous PR. Which makes for a huge mess to clean up in the course of isolating the single commit of interest. Starting each new PR, by pulling the repository and making a new branch, will minimize clean-up on this end.
