Clarify definition of "Check stack sizes" option #47

The definition of this particular option is unclear. Can this be clarified for users in the GUI? We assumed it has to do with images with dissimilar stack sizes being stitched... whether it should be checked or unchecked. ...found by @ctrueden @mpinkert
