Distribute a latest version of a rx_bloc_cli generated project to TestFlight and Google Play

As a developer I want to have the latest rx_bloc_cli generated project (develop branch) distributed to TestFlight and Google Play (Internal Chanel) so that I can test it on real device or showcase it to potential customers.
