Pdfs #17

Fixed a typo, added some commands for updating GitHub pages (if you want), and add some contents in .gitignore. Please click merge when you guys think it's working.

I have checked out, pulled, compiled, and tested the "pdfs" branch.

Everything works well and the result of running the l2stell.sp testcase is EXACTLY the same as for the master branch (i.e., the geometry of the interfaces at equilbrium is the same to machine precision).

Therefore, I think that we can merge this branch into the master branch. Green light from me.
