The footer section looks static and not much responsive.

The footer section looks dull and static and the alignment in the links section is not proper and needs improvement.

I would like to improve the CSS Styling and the animations of the footer section for better interactivity and more responsiveness and correct the alignment problem of the external links and the newsletter section for better user interface design. I would like to make the footer section more dynamic. Something similar to this-
