[Bug] Chatbot Message Sent Without Text

Describe the bug A message is sent directly to the chatbot without any text being entered by the user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the chatbot interface.
2. Click the send button without entering any text in the input field.
3. Observe that an empty message is sent to the chatbot.

Expected Behavior

The chatbot should not send a message if the input field is empty. Instead, it should display an error or prevent the action.

Actual Behavior

The chatbot sends an empty message when the send button is clicked without any text in the input field.
