✔️Added Diagonal-Hovering Effect to Each Card!

Hey @Priyaaa1 @MastanSayyad issue closes #658

I have added the Diagonal Effect on Hovering on each contributors card
Also Added Transitional Text Shadows to the Contributors-name and Github-Contributions info
Followed the website theme for it.
It Works in both Dark and Light Mode Very Well !
