Feature Description

Hey @MastanSayyad @Priyaaa1

I want to enhance the current Testimonials page to a better one.

Currently it is like this -

I Want improve this

by adding hovering effects
transition effect
text shadows to highlight important elements
Improve both the arrows surrounding the section to follow the website theme

Could you please assign me this issue ? thankyou!
