  1. new components created - local decarbonisation, local decab single tpl and top page image tpl
  2. top image component has svg line & background img
  3. multi page - grid layout created with img and text, cols are responsive
  4. single page - grid layout added with img and text, cols are responsive
  5. mega menu used again and 'Local Decarbonisation' added to navigation menu
