This is a problem caused by deliberate sabotage. Text wrapping is allowed for names and remarks which are the only sections perceived to be very long. Even so, the names provided here are unreasonably long and fall under deliberate sabotage. Names of very long length would typically have spaces in it, and this would enable text wrapping to work as expected.

Reason for disagreement: Thanks for your feedback!
This name is derived from an actual name (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubert_Blaine_Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorff_Sr.), and is thus entirely possible, and not deliberate sabotage, as you claimed.
To add on, I was already using a 24’ monitor, and the app was already in full screen. Since your target audience is social workers, they would likely be on the go and be using mobile tablet computers that would have even smaller screens which will cut out even more details.
This is thus an entirely valid scenario, and should not have been rejected.
Long names, tags, etc, get clipped off, even when in full-screen. Furthermore, the name is a valid name, but no limitations or recommendations for input length are prescribed.
