His Lightning Breath ability is a targeted ability and yet it ignores Grounding Totem entirely. In fact, this is a common issue for a lot of the new custom creature spells on Epoch. .go xyz -8109.000000 -3405.860000 32.893100 1 2.360090

This NPC seems to be dropping Mageweave Cloth a lot but nothing else. .go xyz -7566.740000 -3802.650000 9.668820 1 5.672080

Both confirmed. Drops mageweave, and it ignores grounding totem.
