This talent is unintentionally causing more damage to be taken by the rogue, from all sources. This increases proportionally to each point put into the talent. I've tested this across multiple rogues and between friends' characters to confirm that it is in fact linked to this talent. They all experience the same problem.

Cheat death no longer increases damage taken of the rogue for just having it. However, the proc you get upon "dying", after absorbing the hit, you receive a 3sec Cheat Death buff (ID 45182) that is supposed to reduce your damage taken by twice your dodge chance. Currently it is increasing your damage taken instead of protecting you.
