Dueling tags you for World PvP, even if youre not in warmode

My friend received this buff/debuff after I defeated him in a duel, we both are alliance and have not toggled any world pvp

I received this debuff after my party member was mind controlled by a Hive'Regal Slavemaker

wtf is this?

What the fuck is this spell i didnt do any world pvp just enslaved a demon lol

Prevents afflicted group members from healing or buffing each other while the debuff is active as well. Awkward to go for a quick duel before the dungeon right now.
