Check the cue file. Whatever the name of the game in the file, the name of the bin file also needs to be the same (or vice versa).
Thank you, looks like I had some bad bin and cue files, it was weird cause they worked fine from the usb but would not when installed internally, but when I made new ones they started working.

I have tried loading games to replace the original stock 20 games with hit and miss of working. About 50 percent of the games I have tried have not worked, they transfer over just fine and and I get the "No Issues Detected" when building out the game in the UI. The games show in the carousel but just wont load. Games like Dino Crisis 1 and 2, Final Fantasy VII, Legend of Dragoon, Steel Harbinger have all failed to work. They do work if I play them from the USB, but so far have not worked playing from the internal replacement option.
