[Bug]: pipe line in ESDL not changing to dashed line #14

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

If one opens ESDL table editor in the mapeditor, and you change the state of Pipe6 from ENABLED to OPTIONAL by copying and pasting OPTIONAL from one of the other pipes. The pipe line displayed does not change from a solid line to a dashed line. However, if one selects the pipe one can see that the pipe has been changed to OPTIONAL by looking at the state in the Basic attributes section. Please see attached the esdl file used. Test System with return network_MJ.txt

Fixed in latest version of MapEditor in branch nwn-poc
