fixes nil street stashes and should fix spawning at michaels for qb and qbox

added notes to each change in readme files, cl_property, sv_property

overall changed the registering stashes to look if they are apartments or mlos and to adjust name accordingly

made changes to readme for qb and qbox to send a string to enterproperty event to check if its from the spawn script so it doesnt interfere with walking in and out of zones or shells
