The "aerodynamics of a cow" seems to already do that? Just use an STL of your urban domain instead of the cow - the display shows velocity and direction by default. There's going to be significant turbulence in an urban area I'd guess, so "probing certain points" is probably too simplistic... there's going to be large changes in short amounts of time as the turbulence mixes on through...

Wonder if there are any example setup for doing a Urban Wind CFD analysis and probing a certain points of the domain for velocity and direction similar to what you have done before and showed in X.
