What is the expected behavior?
AngularJS md datetime picker had year selection screen (4x4 matrix), so you didn't have to click "previous year" button X times to go into past.
What is the current behavior?
No year navigation other than 1 by 1.
What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?
Picking DoB, for example, is pretty hard, since you have to click "previous year" 20+ times.
