[Towncraft Two] Able to craft Mekanism Solar Panel but not Solar Generator #61

Hi - The recipe for the Mekanism Solar Generator (and Advanced Solar Generator) is missing. If this is deliberate, please remove the recipe for Solar Panels as it serves no purpose on it's own. Thanks.

I think they were required for another component like the reactor.
