Emergency specialty missing from Table 2 template so now added in.

This was the first re-run after the zero edits in create_trends, which seems to have changed the order of the output data used in the excel tables - as such I have had to adjust the templates for Table 2 and 3 further to accommodate the new data output order!

Will need a thorough check once ran in master.

Thanks Lucinda - I've now ran in master and done a quick check so all ready for a final QA!
