Inmate number not showing up in letter #567

Describe the bug

We need to include inmate ID so that the letters can be delivered, as part of Hawaii's requirements.

It should look like this:

April 03, 2024

Zander Adams State ID AXXXXXXX Halawa Correctional Facility 99-902 Moanalua Road Aiea, HI 96701

Hawaii says that it is not showing up in prod so want to investigate why this is happening.

According to our letter templates, this should be included so not sure why this is happening link

Steps to reproduce

List any steps to reproduce behavior

Generate a letter in prod
Look at the letter
Inmate type is missing (eventhough it's supposed to be there)

Expected behavior

The inmate type shows up in the letter
