@tony-shannon The following wireframes were created some time ago and demonstrate audit reports.

h2. Patient -> User Search Journey https://invis.io/ZA7REIH68 A user with super user privileges searches the system to cross reference instances of a user searching for a specific patient by name. In this case, attempts by users with the name 'Harold Shipman' to search for patients with the name 'Richard Hammond'. A search is performed against the audit logs and a list of matching records is returned. Selecting a record shows the audit reports section of the patient's record with the name of the user pre-populated.

h3. Patient User Encounters https://invis.io/ZA7REIH68 This screen shows the inverse of the User Search Journey above, this time showing a given user and all the encounters they've had with a selected patient.

Audit wireframes were done in Fireworks, so have added a new folder to the top level called Old Wireframes:
