Why give it 30ft low boundary instead of 45ft (15m)? Because the simulation of this game is just too simple making almost all sea-skimmers cruise at 30ft and do not vary its altitude. Thus many SAMs own a very low killing boundary which they don't have in real world.

Maybe add an active radar seeker as well? I saw that in your picture it says the missile comes with an active dual mode radar seeker.

The HQ-16FE should have some kind of direct force control function (similar to the PAC-3 MSE) to enhance its ABM capability.
