Summary of Changes

Add Python 5 short-range missile options Add Spice 1000 Loadouts. Add Properties Helmet Mounted Sight Bombsight Advanced Navigation

They got upgraded cockpit displays as well. I'm not sure where that falls in the Glass Cockpit designations

C and D's could use the Bombsight Advanced Navigation Property as well
