Sorry, I forgot to select "No" for hypothetical. This is a real platform. In fact, I think Cuitlahuac was the longest-serving of all the Fletchers.
Navypedia shows just 5 single 5 inch/38, 5 twin 40mm, and a quintuple torpedo launcher.

E 02 Cuitláhuac is listed as having 10 40mm guns (I assume 5 twin 40mm) and 7 x 20mm ... this does not exactly match the 1945 AA upgrade for the Fletcher (Ship ##2262 in the CWDB, which has 12 x 40mm and 8 x 20mm)...is the #2262 entry in error? Does the class need two entries or should they both just use the "as built" entry? It's noted in Wikipedia that the destroyers were bought "as is" by Mexico after being decommissioned in 1946 and in reserve for about 25 years.
