browser changes are not synced #483

In beta3 / current master / ... changes in the filebrowser (for example uploading a file) don't show up in the sync / synced folder of that client.

Im Client Ordner "foobar" anlegen. Datei "foo.txt" in den Ordner "foobar" laden über de nClient Sync anlegen vom Ordner "foobar" in den lokalen, leeren Ordner "foolocal" Erwartet: foo.txt erscheint in "foolocal" Was passiert: foo.txt erscheint nicht in "foolocal", ansonsten funzt der Sync aber

o.O Does that mean the sync does not simply sync remote -> local? I mean maybe the standard use case is syncing a folder up (and then keeping it in sync). But the use case syncing a remote folder down (and then keeping it in sync) is also valid.

It seems to be as follows: Changes in remote folders done via the file browser will not trigger actions in the sync. This makes this bug less severe.
