Bad CPU type in executable for older x86/64 Software on Sonoma - Cant Install Rosetta2 #16

The Sonoma VM works great but when i try to execute an older x86/64 executable from a Program i get the "Bad CPU type in executable" error. I looked up this: https://medium.com/@jithmisha/fix-for-macbook-air-m1-m2-bad-cpu-type-in-executable-error-3719a0a1cb6 When i try to install Rosetta 2 i get "Installing Rosetta2 on this system is not supported". Would be nice if there is a way arround this but i assume not...
