Isy: Can not add scene manually through paperui or HabMin #81

Hi Craig

I tried adding a scene from the isy filled in all the ares and linked as per required but scene does not respond I believe it is the id of the control thing is not being populated properly since when i look at the note export the controller id that is installed does not come up ......It is some random ID
