Ability to search for usernames/authors #273

I wanted to find a notebook that I knew was submitted by @cc7768 but nothing came up when I typed in 'Chase'. Would we also be able to search for author names?

@natashawatkins this would be a good addition. It is currently difficult to search without knowing the exact names of authors. I would like to improve search across the site generally.
