Comment route, count of comments and views #303

This PR has a few features.

1) Adding a separate route for the comment section, for it to be able to copy and share and preventing unncessary load of notebook in the comments page.

2) the above pic also has a count of the comments in the tab name.

3) count of the number of comments and views in the top page .

Feel free to give advices on any design changes and maybe additional metric to show or something.

done
