I follow some blogs that post rarely. Recently I was confused because those feeds showed no posts at all, even though their RSS feeds clearly contained articles - I thought it was broken. Eventually I realised this was caused by the age-based cleanup settings, so I switched that off. Now that it's off, though, I couldn't find any straightforward way to make those old posts come back. In the end I exported my feeds, deleted them all, and re-added them, which seems to work.
Idea 1: A way to "reset" a feed so old posts can return?
Idea 2: Maybe the default cleanup could be based only on number of articles, rather than age?
It's not a major problem - feel free to ignore. Just sharing since I found it confusing for a little while.
