Add a preference to permanently toggle loading of images.

This is good for users who use internet of cellular phone or users who would like to use lesser load of Tor node.

Please enable the extension status bar icons + image icon

Then you will be able to enable/ disable Image Loading globally

I think this switch should be added to Preferences dialog too.

Please reopen this issue.
