stopOnClose closes app window when reload is manual. #72

When reloading with Cmmd + R, the window is closes.

@armoucar I could not reproduce this issue. Closing it for now. If you still have the issue, Could you create a gist with the sample code, and let us know?

My bad. I can reproduce it now. Reopening the issue.
