[FEATURE] Add a "How to Run" section to the readme with a link to the web app so even idiots can find it #386

Many people just scroll to the readme to try and find out how to run applications. For these people we should have a link to the application in the readme. Additionally, to make the readme for friendly we should use a collapsed section to hide the large amount of development info for people who do not care about development
