Fixes #145.

"Apps" are represented by class 'Semantic software implementation'. The reason for this is that the OBO understanding of 'Software application' is that they can be directly executed. This is not the case for AnthroGraph apps which need the metaphactory for interpretation.l

"Start pages" are represented by class 'Semantic software routine' as what they represent is not the start page but rather the entire routine.

Start page URIs are specified by data property 'start page'. The range is xsd:anyURI.
